PermaCrete is one of such products. This proven product we found because it adheres to PolySteel so well for a vertical application. There is Hard coat Stucco, and then there are the synthetic types of stucco. Well, PermaCrete is actually a hybrid of those! It is an acrylic polymer cement system. Cement is an ingredient in concrete and stucco; the acrylic polymers allow product a little "flexibility"; hence, PermaCrete has a bit of give to the strength. In addition to this we can create many colors that have a UV protection, mold retardant and in as thin of a coat as only 1/8 of an inch, PermaCrete has a 30 minute fire barrier! The same as a traditional _ inch drywall! As we learned more about this product, we found it has many amazing applications! Trimroc can be that last bit of quality finishing that will reduce maintenance. NO CRACKING! NO NAILPOPS! This trim is installed with drywall compound! This is a polystyrene and plaster molding. The baseboard does have lath (for added strength) should a wild vacuum decide to come too close! This can be more cost efficient on ceilings than other details due to the light weight.
